I-9 Compliance Flexibility Extended

A reminder that the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) extended I-9 compliance flexibility through April 30, 2022 (originally set to expire May 31, 2021). ICE’s prior releases provide details on obtaining, remotely inspecting, and retaining copies of eligibility documents in addition to general guidance and clarification.
