In December, the EEOC launched EEOC Explore, a tool that tracks employment trends. EEOC Explore gleans information from employers’ EEO-1 reports (e.g., location, sex, race, ethnicity, industry sector) and presents it as aggregate data, now available for your own analysis. The EEOC also launched a webpage to provide transparency as to how the EEOC approaches systemic discrimination enforcement efforts.
