A new “Status Change Report” for E-Verify users identifies employees whose Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) have been revoked. Employers cannot continue to employ those not authorized to work, and knowingly doing so can result in substantial penalties. The new feature creates an easier connection to this “knowingly” threshold, so keep an eye out for the status change reports.
