Activision Blizzard Settlement Doesn’t Settle Issues

While a court has now approved the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s $18 million settlement with Activision Blizzard (despite California Department of Fair Employment and Housing’s [DFEH’s] opposition), various lawsuits and other loose ends remain—relative to both discrimination and union organizing.
