Mark J. Goldstein, President
Mark graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School and has over 25 years of legal experience—in the courtroom, employing strategies for staying out of court, and with transactional matters. He created Goldstein Law Group in 2008 after more than 15 years of practicing law. Mark is a frequent speaker and author on topics ranging from labor and employment law to business planning and change and process management. Mark is also actively involved in various boards and civic organizations. As a result, his approach to legal issues is shaped not only by over two decades practicing law, but also by considerable experience “on the other side of the desk,” all of which works to the benefit of the firm’s clients.

- Favorite destination: Portland, Oregon
- Favorite Milwaukee spot: The Riverwalk
Corey graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School, joining Goldstein Law Group in 2019 as an associate attorney focusing on employment and business law. In his employment practice, Corey counsels employers on workplace harassment and discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, leave administration, compliance, investigations, and employee discipline and terminations. Corey’s clients benefit from his practical, proactive approach informed by his years of experience evaluating, defending, and resolving employment law matters. Before attending law school, Corey investigated workplace discrimination claims for the State of Wisconsin Equal Rights Division. During law school, Corey managed the school’s Unemployment Compensation Appeals Clinic and received honors for his employment law coursework and writings, including his article on public employee whistleblowers, Don’t Whistle While You Work, published in the Wisconsin Law Review.
Corey is also a skilled corporate attorney and litigator. He maintains a robust transactional practice, assisting clients with entity formation, purchase and sale, and corporate governance matters; and in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts. Corey leverages his employment and corporate law expertise to protect his clients’ interests outside of court—and, when necessary, before administrative, trial, and appellate tribunals.
